Qualifications:

Enjoys cleaning (No cleaning experience required). Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment Ability to Adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs Listening Skills to make sure that all the needs of the clients are being met Great Customer Service skills Hardworking and reliable Integrity and Honesty Detail Oriented Ability to be on foot for extended periods of time and climb a two stepladder. High-Energy Levels Excellent attitude and work ethic Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish) Job requirements: Must be over 18 years of age Free of felonies Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit) Must own a vehicle and smartphone Valid car insurance and driver's license Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more Excellent attitude and work ethic
